Built for founders
One real event and the facts behind it are enough to start. No PR team or brand campaign required.
What you get
Your release records what shipped, who built it and when it happened. Customers can verify it, search engines can index it and AI assistants have a published source to reference.
Your company and founder appear in a dated headline that can surface when customers search.
Open every placement, filter by publisher and share one report with customers, investors or your team.
A factual publisher page can support an AI answer alongside reviews, backlinks and other coverage. The citation itself is not guaranteed.
For solo founders, indie hackers and small startup teams with something real to announce.
Proof of delivery
Open every placement. Filter by outlet. Share one report instead of a folder full of screenshots.
Open the real sample reportReal legacy distribution campaign data. Domain rating, traffic and potential reach in the source report are provider estimates, not article views.
How it works
Share the company, the founder and what happened. A launch, feature, funding round or measurable milestone.
AI prepares the first draft in a factual news format. You edit it and approve the final release before distribution.
Cited distributes the release to publisher networks. Your package determines the publisher count and named outlets.
Your Cited report lists the URLs returned by the distribution feed. Share it, search it, or open each placement yourself.
What we have seen
Across more than 10 publisher sites, our releases were later used in AI-generated overviews and citations. Clients have seen the same pattern. Reviews, backlinks and other coverage also influence the answer. The release gives models a dated source about the person or business.
Fictional examples
A new practice becomes a dated story that can appear when someone searches the founder's name.
USA Today · AP News · Yahoo Finance
A research announcement gives assistants a clear source for the author, finding and publication date.
Benzinga · MarketWatch · Google News
The result
A dated story, recognisable publishers and facts an assistant can cite. Pages from our own releases and client deliveries have later appeared in AI overviews and citations.

Questions
We have repeatedly seen published releases used in AI overviews and citations, both across more than 10 publisher sites in our own work and in client deliveries. Recommendations draw on more signals, including reviews, backlinks and other coverage, so one release does not control every answer.
Distribution is handled through publisher syndication. USA Today ($179) and AP News ($199) are add-ons on Get known, and included in Famous. You get the live URLs. If the URL is not there, it does not count.
Standard wire links are usually nofollow. The $99 DoFollow add-on uses publications that provide dofollow links, and it is included in Famous. Your placement report shows the live URLs.
No. The wire requires a name, email and phone number. You get a private status page, and nothing is distributed until you approve the release.
A product launch, major feature, funding round, customer milestone, original study, partnership or founder appointment can all be news. It needs to be true, specific and ready for someone else to verify.
No. This is a distributed press release hosted by participating publishers and subject to their editorial rules. The report shows where it appeared; it does not relabel syndication as independent reporting.
Publishers control their sites. We verify URLs at delivery, but no distributor can control a publisher forever. Your report records what the provider delivered and when it was checked.
